Lagos East Healthcare Gets Boost from Senator Abiru
Three healthcare facilities in Lagos East Senatorial District received ambulances and medical consumables on Tuesday, courtesy of Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA.
The handover ceremony at Federal Medical Centre, Ebute-Metta saw representatives from Ikorodu General Hospital, Ibeju Lekki General Hospital and Abule-Eko Primary Health Centre, Ijede take delivery of these critical resources.
Senator Abiru’s Special Adviser on Constituency Matters, Dr Saheed Ibikunle, led the delegation whilst hospital officials expressed appreciation for the Senator’s contributions to public healthcare infrastructure.
This initiative adds to Senator Abiru’s growing healthcare portfolio, which includes the rehabilitation of primary health centres in Igbo-Olomu and Ori-Okuta, construction of doctors’ quarters in Labora, Ibeju-Lekki, and development of 40-bed hospitals at LASUSTECH, Mascara Health Centre and Isiu.
Healthcare leaders praised the Senator for his quality representation and commitment to improving medical services across Lagos East, emphasising the positive impact these resources will have on patient care throughout the district.
